Bhagwant Mann Oath Ceremony LIVE: Punjab CM-designate to take oath in Khatkar Kalan

Bhagwant Mann, the leader of the Aam Admi Party (AAP), is slated to be sworn in as Punjab chief minister in Khatkar Kalan, Bhagat Singh's home hamlet. Arvind Kejriwal, the AAP's national convener, will attend the event, as will all of the party's Punjab MLAs. The former chief minister, Charanjit Singh Channi, will not be present during the inauguration. The AAP won 92 seats in the 117-member Punjab assembly, making it the party's best success in the state to date.
