Barbaric act captured on camera as man throws dog off a bridge; absconding culprit identified as Salman from Bhopal

In Madhya Pradesh's Bhopal, most cruel behaviour of a human being was captured on camera. A man identified as Salman stroked a stray dog first and then picked him up to throw the animal off the bridge. The action was so out of the blue that the animal was caught off-guards.
The man had no sense of remorse on his face or actions post his evil wrong doing. A hunt is on to nab the absconding culprit.
