Balliya firing case: Atmosphere of grief at victim's house

There is an atmosphere of grief in the house of the Balliya firing case victim. While the main accused Dhirendra Singh alias W. Singh, is still at large the Uttar Pradesh Police has arrested his brother. Apart from this, the police have also filed a case against 8 named and 25 unknown people.
