Akshay Shinde’s parents and relatives are claiming that his death was a conspiracy and that he was deliberately killed. His relatives mentioned that they met Akshay today around 3:30 PM for about 20 minutes. During this meeting, Akshay reportedly told them that he was being tortured in jail. He claimed that other inmates had assaulted him, and that he was not being provided with proper food. Due to this, Akshay had asked his family for some money. The family alleges that Akshay was being transported from Taloja Jail to Badlapur this afternoon when a staged encounter was carried out. They believe that Akshay was intentionally killed under the guise of a fake encounter, raising concerns about the circumstances leading to his death.
