Asaduddin Owaisi Convoy Attack: Two accused sent to 14-day judicial custody
The two men apprehended on February 3 for firing at the convoy of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi were sentenced to 14 days in judicial detention. The police will also file an application for their detention. Owaisi's car was attacked on Thursday evening as he was leaving Meerut's Kithoudh region for Delhi after campaigning in Uttar Pradesh for the forthcoming Assembly elections.
