Punjab and Haryana High Court today granted relief to BJP politician Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, whose detention on Friday sparked a cat-and-mouse chase involving three states' police. The high court has decided that Bagga, who is accused of posting offensive statements on social media, fostering religious animosity, and criminal intimidation in a case filed in Mohali, cannot be arrested until July 5.
