Animal Welfare demands FIR against Bhai Jagtap for using bullock cart in protest

Animal Welfare has recently demanded FIR against the President of Mumbai Congress, Bhai Jagtap, and Congress party workers for using bullock cart to mark the protest. For the unversed, the protest was against the rising petrol and diesel prices. During his speech, Bhai Jagtap launched sharp attacks on PM Modi and called out them for making the poor suffer.
