80 percent CBSE pupils don't have laptops for online classes: NCERT Survey

80 percent of the pupils from Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) do not have laptops for proper and consistent online study. On the other hand, 27 percent of the students do not have a smartphone in order to be a part of online classes. The reasearch was done by NCERT.
