25 lakh devotees will come from outside for Mahakumbh: Prayagraj DC on preparedness for Mahakumbh Mela 2025

Prayagraj Divisional Commissioner and Chairman of the Prayagraj Mela Authority Board, Vijay Vishwas Pant, discussed the preparations for the Mahakumbh Mela 2025. He stated that, following the Chief Minister's directives, all necessary arrangements have been made. Additionally, he mentioned that, based on the committee's assessment, around 25 lakh devotees are expected to attend the Mahakumbh from outside the region.“Mahakumbh is going to be organized in the year 2025. All the preparations are being done as per the instructions of the Chief Minister... Preparations for Mahakumbh are being done, roads have been widened here, facilities are being improved, hospitals are being strengthened... Heavy police force will be deployed, we have been preparing for their training and traffic arrangements for the last one and a half years. According to our assessment, about 25 lakh devotees will come from outside for Mahakumbh”, said Vijay Vishwas Pant.
