2015 Kerala assembly LDF MLAs ruckus: SC rejects plea, says 'none above law'

Rejecting the request to withdraw the prosecution of six Left Democratic Front (LDF) MLAs, the Supreme Court has charged them under IPC and Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act 1984 for alleged acts of vandalism inside the Assembly during the budget presentation in March 2015.
