Delhi Liquor Policy : CBI finds nothing from Manish Sisodia's house - AAP | Sanjay Singh PC

New Liquor Policy: The Delhi government had implemented the new excise policy of 2021-22. At the same time, regarding complaints of irregularities in this case, MHA Director Praveen Kumar Rai had issued orders to the CBI to investigate the matter. Along with the order of investigation, a letter was also attached by the existing LG Vinai Kumar Saxena, in which the Delhi government had mentioned the irregularities in the implementation of the new excise (excise) policies for 2021-22.

Role of Manish Sisodia and Ex-Excise Officers
In this letter, the current Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia, the then Commissioner of Excise Department Aarav Gopi Krishna, Deputy Commissioner Excise Anand Tiwari, Assistant Commissioner Pankaj Bhatnagar recommended this new policy of excise and without taking permission from the Concern Authority for the year 2021- In 22, this policy was implemented, the purpose of which was to give undue advantage to the licensees.
