Can't ask to hang Hyd culprits in public due to law: KTR

KT Rama Rao was speaking at a public forum when he said that at times one wishes instant results but it does not happen so. Everything moves as per law and this was why he never expressed to hang the culprits in public
All the four accused in Hyderabad case have been killed in police encounter on Friday. The accused were trying to escape during investigation which was when the police officials took the extreme step.
