Assembly Elections 2021: 80.43% voting in Bengal & 73.03% recorded in Assam till 6 pm | Audio Bulletin
In the second phase of the assembly elections, voters showed tremendous enthusiasm for 30 seats in West Bengal and 39 seats in Assam on Thursday. According to the Election Commission, till 6 pm in Bengal, 80.43 per cent voting was recorded whereas in Assam 73.03 per cent people cast their votes. However, there were reports of sporadic violence in Bengal during the second phase as well.
