Alpan Bandopadhyay 'retires'; appointed as CM Mamata Banerjee's Chief Advisor | Audio Bulletin
Alapan Bandyopadhyay has "retired" from the post of Chief Secretary of West Bengal, on Monday. He has been made advisor to Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in the Bengal government. The new Chief Secretary of West Bengal, Harikrishna Dwivedi has been appointed, while the new Home Secretary of Bengal will be BP Gopalika.
