Mumbai: Women With Down Syndrome Make Eco-Friendly 'GANPATI'
Mumbai: A group of 56 women from an NGO, born with Down Syndrome from Mumbai are being inspiration to many in the city who are ready to bring Ganpati Bappa to thier home for this Ganeshotsav.
All between the age of 20 and 64, of Om Creations trust in Mumbai Worli, using shadu clay fit making eco friendly Ganesh idols of 9 to 24 inches heights.
The idols are biodegradable, hand crafted and painted with natural colours, more to add artist also puts Tulsi seed inside the idols so that after the immersion of the Idol Tulsi will grow , idols can be immersed in a flower pot .
