Master Stroke: Russian President Valdimir Putin arrives in New Delhi tonight

Russian President Valdimir Putin arrived in New Delhi on a two-day official visit for India Russia annual bilateral summit. He was received by foreign minister Sushma Swaraj.
Putin was welcomed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi with a hug at his 7, Lok Kalyan Marg residence.
The focus during the visit will be on the S-400 Triumf air defence missile systems agreement with a top Kremlin aide saying Tuesday that Russian President Putin will oversee the signing of the "USD 5 billion deal".
