Man throws shoes at Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik in Bijepur

A man throwed a pair of shoes at Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik when he was addressing an election meeting in Bargarh district. The chief minister escaped unhurt. 
The man was later on arrested.
