Man beaten to death by mob in Bihar's Araria, video goes viral

The crime graph of Bihar is increasing day by day. The latest incident of Araria where a man was brutally beaten to death by mob. He was allged of stealing cattle. The video from incident is getting viral. The administration only came to action after the video went viral. 
The incident came to light whrn apex court had urged Parliament to enact a law to deal with the crime that threatens rule of law and the country’s social fabric.
