Lucknow Murder Case: UP DGP OP Singh says, "This is a case of murder"

Uttar Pradesh DGP OP Singh today while talking to the media said that this is a clear case of murder and the accused police men have been suspended.
Earlier, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday took cognizance of the murder of young Lucknow based Apple employee Vivek Tiwari by an on-duty Police constable and assured all necessary action against the accused.

Speaking on the incident, CM said “This wasn’t an encounter and we will take all necessary steps to ensure justice prevails”. He further added saying that “the two accused police officers have been arrested and if needed we will get the case probed by CBI”.
