Light rain reported in parts of J&K, Uttarakhand, Delhi | Skymet Weather Report

It was a pleasant Thursday morning in the national capital on Thursday with the minimum temperature recorded at 11.8 degrees Celsius, four notches below the season's average, the weather office said.

"The morning was partly cloudy. There may be light rain towards the evening accompanied by strong winds," said an India Meteorological Department  official.
