Kaun Jitega 2019: Opposition's 5 charges against CJI Dipak Misra

The opposition parties in the Rajya Sabha on Friday levelled five charges against the Chief Justice of India (CJI) Dipak Misra, while moving an impeachment motion to seek his removal.

In a letter to the Vice President and Chairman of the Upper House Venkaiah Naidu, the parties mentioned the medical college admission scam against IM Quddusi (retired Orissa High Court judge).
