Kargil Kabhi Dobara Nahi Ho Sakta: Ex-Army Chief Bikram Singh

Former Army Chief Bikram Singh while talking on Kargil Vijay Diwas special Shikhar Sammelan, organised by ABP News said that Kargil war is not possible in India in present scenario.He said, "Kargil war can never happen again. We have all posts occupied in high-altitudes. We have advanced intelligence capabilities & modern technology to thwart any such attack again."  India will commemorate 20 years of the Kargil War today. PM Modi on Friday shared photographs of 1999 when he had the opportunity to go to Kargil and show solidarity with our brave soldiers.
