Janardan Dwivedi, Digvijaya Singh skip CWC meet

Janardan Dwivedi, Digvijaya Singh were invited on a special basis in the new Congress Working Committee but both of them skipped it. When Sonia Gandhi was party President, these two members were very close to her and were a part of CWC as well. 
But now, they were not the part of the new CWC. They were invited specially but both of them did not do so
