Jammu Grenade Attack: 19 injured in explosion at bus stand, all shifted to hospital

A bomb blast took place at Jammu bus stand on Thursday, news agency ANI reported. As per reports, the blast took place due to a grenade explosion.
As per last reports, nineteen were injured in the explosion the took place in a bus. The injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital. The police has cordoned off the area around the bus stand. A team of forensic experts reached the spot to investigate the blast.
