Infiltration in North-East is due to conspiracy of China and Pakistan: General Rawat

Army Chief Bipin Rawat has commented on the infiltration in North-East. He said that there are two reasons behind infiltration via Bangladesh. "One is shortage of space. A large portion of Bangladesh gets flooded due to monsoon. And the other issue is due our western neighbour. It is a proxy game of Pakistan and China.
