If 200-300 people are kept behind bars for peace in J&K then be it: Ram Madhav
Ram Madhav was in Jammu and Kashmir's Srinagar when he said that the state is headed towards development. The state would be free of violence and there would be peace. "And for this if 200-300 people are kept behind bars then be it. Since two to three months there is a phase of change, there has been least amount of violent activities. Sometimes in Delhi we think that if few people remain behind bars and the state is peaceful then it is good for the residents," he added
