I am happy to say that Jharkhand govt has not been accused of corruption: Raghubar Das

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das was speaking on development in his state and how he controlled corruption. He said that Modi government pledged to remain corruption free and the promise has been fulfilled as well. He happily expressed that Jharkhand government has been able to remain 'stain-free'  in terms of corruption
