HS Phoolka apologises for his statement on army chief

A day after the nerve chilling grenade attack on Nirankari Dera in Amritsar claimed 3 lives and injured 20 people; Aam Aadmi Party MLA HS Phoolka has made a shocking statement. Phoolka has suspected Army Chief Bipin Rawat’s hand behind the attack. Speaking on the incident, Phulka said “Sena Chief made a statement in Punjab, for all one knows he must have gotten the attack done just to probe his statement right. It is worth thinking”.
