There were more than 13 lakh complaints of customers. Out of these 97 percent was solved but government had to spent a lot to solve these issues. Now customers have another help available. A national consumer helpline has been launched. It is 1800 11 4000. On this number, you can register your complaint. Simple complaints will be solved within 15 days and tough ones within 60 days
