Delhi: Truck Owner Fined Over Rs 2 Lakh | Challan Top Five
In what may be the highest penalty amount to be paid under the new traffic rules, a truck driver and its owner were challaned above Rs 2 Lakh, near Mukarba Chowk in New Delhi.
He was slapped a total fine of Rs 2,00,500 for various offences under the new Motor Vehicles Act, which included overloading and driving without proper license.
