Delhi: Electric cars exempted from odd-even scheme

In order to reduce pollution, Delhi government had announced odd-even scheme in Delhi. The scheme was bound to start from November 4. Now, the government has announced that the electric cars will be exempted from it and would not have to follow odd-even scheme
