Dehradun: Man carries his brother's dead body on shoulder as hospital denies ambulance

A man was forced to carry the body of his brother from Government Doon Medical College & Hospital (GDMCH) on his back since he neither had the money to afford an ambulance nor were hospital authorities able to provide him one.
