In a controversial statement, Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam on Saturday likened Karnataka Governor Vajubhai Vala to a "dog" for inviting the BJP to form government in the state despite lacking the required numbers.
"..from now onwards every Indian would name his dog "Vajubhai Vala" because none can be more loyal than him," Nirupam said.
