Congress' can't win on the basis of beautiful face, says Bihar minister Vinod Narayan Jha

Vinod Narayan Jha, a minister in the Bihar government, has said Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is very beautiful but votes can’t be won on the basis of beautiful faces after she was officially handed the responsibility to manage the politically challenging region of eastern Uttar Pradesh in an election year.
"Votes can’t be won on basis of beautiful faces. Moreover, she is the wife of Robert Vadra who is accused of involvement in land scam and several corruption cases. She is very beautiful but other than that she holds no political achievement,” Jha said, according to news agency ANI.
