Children manufacture crackers in UP | ABP News exclusive

Children were caught on camera while manufacturing crackers. They were sitting on a pile of crackers and the explosive powder used to make them. When the reporter asked why the children were asked to work, the man who had employed them said that they were not working. They were asked to leave.
