Chhattisgarh home minister’s nephew accused of sexual abuse
Chhattisgarh Home Minister Ramsewak Paikra’s nephew has been accused of rape by a 21-year-old woman in Surajpur in 2014
The victim claimed that Paikra's nephew refused to marry her after promising to do so. Based on her complaint an FIR has been registered but the accused has not been arrested as yet.
The victim also complained that she was a minor at the time of the incident to which police said that the investigation is underway.
