Budget 2019 Has Been Framed In Favor Of Big Businessmen: Gaurav Gogoi

Congress leader reacted on Union Budget 2019. He called it corporate centric and not for middle class people. 
He said, "Farmers, high unemployment, slowing GDP, consumption slowdown, rising prices in petrol& diesel, skill development, education and defence services were all missing from the budget speech. Mostly big corporates have reasons to be grinning."
