Bihar: Under Secretary of Secretariat's planning dept Rajeev Kumar shot dead

This is second high-profile murder within 12 hours. Rajeev Kumar was under secretary of Secretariat's Planning Department. He was shot dead around 3 am. He was murdered after extortion was asked from him. When he denied to do so, he was shot dead in his own home
