Former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda's to hold a Maha Parivartan rally today. There have been speculations that the leader would form a new political party. He met Congress interim President Sonia Gandhi in Delhi on Saturday that is August 17. Hooda's close aides have been asking him to separate his ways from Congress and decide the course today.
