Bharat Bandh Varanasi: BHU students block roads in protest of SC/ST amendment act

BHU studnets have blocked roads and there is a huge tarffic jam on national highway in protest of SC/ST amendment act. 
The Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Bill, 2018 was passed in Lok Sabha on August 6.
