Ball Tampering Scandal: Smith, Warner, Bancroft removed from fourth test match in Johannesburg

Australia captain Steve Smith, vice-captain David Warner and batsman Cameron Bancroft will be sent home from South Africa for ball-tampering in the third Test in Cape Town.
Coach Darren Lehmann was not involved in the controversy and will remain in his post.
