Air quality to improve | Skymet Pollution Update

As per Skymet Pollution update, the air quality in Delhi-NCR region will improve. The hilly areas including Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir have received rainfall. Few places have also received snowfall. This is why the velocity of the wind will increase in Delhi and the pollution in the air will reduce. 
But this may not be helpful enough as people will burst crackers on Diwali. This will again create pollution issues in the Indian capital
