2020 will be the deadline for J&K’s ties with India: Mufti

Mehbooba Mufti was asked by a journalist about Amit Shah's statement of scrapping Article 370 by the year 2020. She then replied that if it happens then it would be the end of Jammu and Kashmir's ties with India as well
On the other hand, she tweeted this:
Last I checked, we were a democracy. But this sounds like a diktat of Martial Law. After bringing Kashmir to the brink, the administration is adamant on ensuring collective punishment for Kashmiris.
