The case pertains to the killing of two people in Mahipalpur area of South Delhi during the riots.This comes after Additional Sessions Judge Ajay Pandey reserved the order for November 20. Naresh Sherawat and Yashpal Singh have been accused of killing Hardev Singh and Avtar Singh in Mahipalpur area of South Delhi during the riots.
