Amidst the lockdown, Chhattisgarh MLA reaches out to the people| ABP Uncut
The first case of COVID 19 from Chhattisgarh was from the constituency of Vikas Upadhyay who has been recently taking serious steps to help people out in the area. He has been working with his team in arranging for food for the under privileged, giving out masks and also getting help to whoever is in need. About 20,000 people have recieved the necessary help from the MLA.
