In Tamil Nadu, a father-som dup named Jayaraj and Fenix lost their lives in police custody. They owned a small mobile phone repairing shop in Tuticorin. They were arrested by the police as the shop was open for some time beyond the time permissible in the lockdown. They were produced dead after two days due to heart failure and fever. But the relatives of Jayataj and Fenix alleged that they were tortured on custody which led to their death.
