Who charged money for train ticket from the migrants? | Seedha Sawal

Migrants who are unable to feed themselves and are selling their mobile phones for money were charged money for the train tickets. One migrant says he was charged Rs 370 for the train ticket. The Congress leader Sonia Gandhi said, "What is the responsibility of our government? Even today, lakhs of workers and migrant labourers are languishing in different parts of the country and wish to return to their homes and families but there is neither adequate money nor provision for free transport."
