Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday announced that the borders of the national capital will be sealed for the coming seven days. He has also asked for suggestions from people on whether to reopen borders after a week or not? Whether to restrict Delhi's hospital for only the residents of Delhi?
