Despite, lockdown orders in several cities of the country, people could be seen coming out in droves, brazenly flouting the prohibitory orders. 
Amid a lockdown, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, announced that essential items from neighbouring states - food items like vegetables, milk etc. will keep coming. "Lockdown in Delhi from Monday 6 a.m. to March 31 midnight. The borders will be sealed and only essential items will be allowed," Kejriwal had said.
