For eight days, police teams of at least ten states were chasing Kanpur encounter culprit Vikas Dubey. He was caught from outside Mahakaleshwar temple in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain. After the police arrested him, he screamed at the top of his voice, "Main Vikas Dubey Hoon Kanpur wala (I am Vikas Dubey from Kanpur)"
